At Great Lakes Coin, it’s our goal for our clients to be satisfied with their purchases. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with an item, and want to initiate a return, please contact our offices as soon as you receive it. Since it’s our philosophy to work with our clients to build their collections, we provide a window of no more than 7 days from the date of receiving the item to return the item to us. Clients are responsible for the cost of shipping and for insuring the item for its invoiced price. Refunds are issued when the item is received in original packaging and condition, in the form by which the original payment was made. A 10% restocking fee assessed with the item’s return will be deducted from the purchase price amount refunded to the buyer.
